TO GO TO SEA FIRST YOU NEED A SHIP - was the quote sent out to 30 artists, writers, musicians and friends inviting them to take part in a postcard project for the Translating Travels Exhibition at Edinburgh Printmakers. Edition of 100.

Participants are:

All the backs (except two) were printed at Vingaards Officin in Viborg, Denmark and without the help from the volunteers at this wonderful letterpress museum this project would never have been completed in time.
